If you do choose to do your own rigging or hire another rigger, you must provide us with satisfactory proof of liability insurance coverage of at least 1 million dollars (more if specified in the auction terms). All buyers are completely responsible for any damage they do to their own equipment or anyone else's property or equipment while rigging. Bright Star Auctions is only recommending the rigger to the buyers. If a buyer elects to hire this rigger, they must understand that they are entering into an agreement and hiring him and not hiring Bright Star Auctions. Any issues that come forth from this arrangement are to be resolved between the buyer and the rigger. A detailed quote is available from the recommended rigger by request. It is the buyer’s responsibility to communicate with the rigger any special rigging requests. If the buyer elects to do their own rigging or hire a different rigger, they must communicate and abide by the timelines set forth in this auction. Failure to do so will result in the recommended rigger removing the said item and the buyer will be responsible to pay the price that was set forth on the original quote.
