Selling our home with Bright Star Auctions proved to be a very positive experience. We liked knowing that we would sell on a specific date and that we wouldn't have to negotiate prices with potential buyers. Our auctioneer, Loren, was good to work with. He had professional flyers created and other excellent advertising done. We had many questions throughout the process which he gladly addressed. Highly recommended.

What we appreciate most about Bright Star is their ethical standards. Also, the laid-back approach to handling the entire business transaction: the survey, the overview, the set-up, the communication with seller and potential buyers, and finally, the sale details.
