Cash, check, or major credit card(with 2% con. fee). 10% buyers premium applies to onsite bidders. 13% buyers premium online , 7% sales tax will be in effect , buyers are welcome to fill out a valid exemption. All items are sold without reserve.
FREE LOADOUT will be available day of auction till 8 pm, Saturday the 2nd from 8 am to 2 pm, and the week following the auction Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4 pm.
You are welcome to leave your items for up to 30 days, but after October 8th at 4 pm there will be a $25 per lot fee to check out.
After October 8th, you'll need to make an appointment to load out by calling Bronson at 574.210.3721.

Items left after 30 days become the property of the auction company.
Terms for buying guns:
(note: BB and Pellet guns and muzzleloaders are exceptions to the below)
Gun dealer processing: All guns will be processed by Dutchman Hunting Supplies and will need to be picked up there at 8435 W US 20 Shipshewana IN 46565. Dutchmen’s phone number is 260.768.3283. Exception: Handguns purchased by out-of-state buyers must be shipped to an FFL dealer in the buyer’s state and cannot be picked up at Dutchmen.
Background checks: Background checks will be done by Dutchmen. If you don’t pass a background check, you will not get the gun. There will not be refunds for not passing background checks. If you won’t pass a background check, please don’t bid on guns.
Photo ID: Gun buyers must have photo id when they pick up their guns. No exceptions.
Pick up: Person who picks up the gun must be the same person who paid for the gun.
Pickup hours: Dutchmen is open Monday-Friday from 10 am to 5 pm and Saturdays from 8-2.
Fees: There will be a $20 per gun (not per buyer) transfer fee to be paid by the buyer. Fee will be added to the invoice from the auction.
Shipping: Shipping is available on all guns from Dutchmen. If shipped, it will need to be shipped to an FFL dealer of the buyer’s choosing, and buyers can then do their background checks there instead of with Dutchmen.
