Absolute auction of vehicles at Tom's 24 hour towing in Elkhart Indiana. All cars will be sold with a title packet that can be mailed to the state BMV to receive a title. All cars are sold as is. Preview will be open one hour prior to the start of the auction. Cars are to be removed from the auction on auction day or within one day.

Terms are cash, check or major credit card with a 2% convenience fee. A 10% buyers premium will be added to all onsite bidders to determine final purchase price and 15% to all online bidders. Winning bidders are to pay immediately after the close of the auction and before any cars are removed.
