Excess restaurant equipment from a local dining establishment are to be sold without reserve including, seating, fryer, oven, bread proofer and much more.
There is a 15% buyers premium added to winning bids to determine total purchase price plus 7% Indiana Sales Tax. Winning bidders can pay either by cash, check or credit card. Credit cards payments will have an additional 2% convenience fee. All payments must be made in full in order to pick up items from the auction location.
Preview will be available from 8am until 4pm on September 1st. Items are to be removed on Friday September 3rd from 8am until 4pm or on Tuesday September 7th from 8am until 4pm. Buyers are responsible for their own loading and rigging. A forklift will be available on site. Any items left after September 7th will become property of the auction company.
