Auction will begin at 10 am on February 25th on location. Online bidding will be available live during the auction. If planning to bid online, please register prior to sale start time. Payment is expected the day of the sale unless arrangements have been made prior to the auction.
Payment terms: Cash, check, wire transfer, or any major credit card. (additional 2% CC fee will be charged for CC payments). All items must be paid within 7 business days. There is a 13% buyer’s premium in effect for all online purchases. The auction company will describe the items to the best of their abilities, in that description lies no warranty written or implied. All items sell where is, as is. The buyer is responsible to inspect all merchandise prior to placing bids and make their own judgement as to the condition of items being sold. All items are pick-up only. Smalls must be removed within 2 days. Buyer shall assume responsibility of all property when auctioneer says sold. Equipment must be removed (not small items) within 30 days. Smalls must be removed within 2 days Auction company is not responsible for any missing or stolen items.
