Seller: Dan Ullman – DJ Pallets LLC is concluding operations and offering a complete liquidation of its well-equipped facility. This auction includes a 2023 Pendu Gang Saw Line, Baker 5-Head Trim Saw, West Plains Band Resaw, Woodmizer equipment, forklifts, trailers, and more. A unique opportunity to buy late-model machinery from a recently updated pallet operation.

Loadout & Rigging Terms: This is a bank order auction and all assets must be removed from the grounds by June 4th No exceptions. Due to time constraints, buyers are not allowed to do their own rigging or hire their own rigger.

  • Installed Items
    • All installed equipment (except the dust system, see note)* must be removed by the designated rigger Paul Atkinson 336-465-8370. A rigging fee will be assigned to each installed item and listed in the item description.  The buyer is responsible for paying the rigger. The rigger will load your items onto your trailer but you the buyer are responsible to send in a truck.
    • The rigger is planning to be onsite on Monday May 19th to gather pricing info. Prices will be available on Tuesday May 20th. The rigger plans to start disassembly on May 21st . The rigger plans to be available to load items on Thursday May 22nd, Friday May 23rd, Saturday May 24th, Monday May 26th and Tuesday May 27th.
    • Please arrange to have your items removed while the rigger is onsite. Once the rigger leaves the site you the buyer are responsible for loading your items and will need to bring your own loader. All items must be removed by June 4th No exceptions.

  • Uninstalled Smalls
    • Loading is available for free May 22nd and May 23rd from 8 AM to 4 PM.
    • All smalls MUST be removed by May 23rd at 4 PM unless you have purchased installed items and intend to have them shipped together. You must schedule this with the rigger and a loading fee may apply.
    • Definition of Free Loadout: A staff member will be on hand to operate a loader to assist with loading your items onto your trailer. Any small items that can be removed by hand, including the office furniture, must be loaded by the buyer of the said item. A minimum of $25 per lot loadout fee will apply for any items that remain after the “Free Loadout” period. Including items that are arranged with the rigger to be shipped with installed items. This fee is due and payable to the rigger.
  • Rolling Stock
    • May be picked up Monday-Friday 8 AM – 4 PM until June 4th if no loading assistance is required.
    • If loading assistance is required, please schedule an appointment with the rigger and a loading fee may apply.
    • All rolling stock MUST be removed by June 4th.
  • Disclosure to Buyers
    • It is the buyer’s responsibility to communicate with the rigger any special rigging requests.

Terms: A 10% onsite and 13%-15% online buyer’s premium applies to all purchases. All items must be paid in full prior to removal, with payments due upon invoice receipt. Items are sold WHERE IS, AS IS with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. Buyers are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.

Titled Vehicles: Once your payment is received and clears our bank, you will be contacted to confirm your information. You can expect Your title within 7 business days after the information is confirmed. If you do not contact us to confirm your information, you will receive the title approx. 30 days after the auction and it will be filled in with the information that you registered with.
