Preview date will be the first week of December and will be announced mid-November. The sawmill will be fully functional on that day. Videos of the sawmill in production will be added post preview date.
Jay Abbott will be rigging and loading all equipment by appointment only. The catalog will provide the rigging cost within each lot number. There will be NO REMOVAL of equipment from Dec. 23, 2021 through Jan. 3, 2022.
Terms: There is a 13% buyer’s premium in effect for all online purchases and a 10% buyer's premium for all onsite purchases. All items sell where is as is with no warranties or guarantees. Buyer is responsible to inspect all merchandise prior to placing bids. All items must be paid within 7 business days. Payment terms: Cash, check, wire transfer, or any major credit card. (additional 2% CC fee will be charged for CC payments). All items are pick-up only. Smalls must be removed within 2 days. Buyer shall assume responsibility of all property when auctioneer says sold. Auction company is not responsible for any missing or stolen items.
