CSA Loadout Plan   Buyer Removal Terms       Buyers will need to present a paid in full invoice at the gate before removing your items.       Pickup hours are: Day of auction until 6 PM, Dec 19th, 20th & 23rd from 8 AM to  5 PM.   Small Items & Pallets  Buyers are responsible for removing all items that can be loaded by hand, and we recommend you remove them on the day of the auction.   Staff will be onsite with loaders to assist with loading during pickup hours.    All Small Items & Pallets must be removed by Dec. 23rd at 5 PM.   Trucks, Trailers & Rolling Stock  Buyers may pick up during pickup hours without an appointment.   After Dec. 23rd you will need to make an appointment for pickup with Ed 219-743-6122  Rolling stock must all be removed by Dec. 31st.  Please Note:  We will have a loader onsite only until Dec. 23rd. If your item requires loading, you must have it removed before then or you will need to bring your own loader.   To help avoid confusion, please make sure the Trucking Broker and/or the Truck Driver has a copy of your invoice when he arrives pick up your items

Loading will be available for uninstalled smalls on auction day until 5 PM. Then also on Dec 23rd from 7 AM to 4 PM and on Dec. 24th from 7 AM to 12PM/Noon. All smalls and uninstalled items must be removed by noon on Dec. 24th. Loadout for rolling stock can happen during the advertised times, after Dec 24th you will need an appointment with Joe 330-401-3420 or the rigger. Rolling stock must be removed by Dec. 31st. All installed items that require rigging will need to be removed within 60 days. Loadout & Rigging Terms  Installed Items All installed equipment must be removed by the designated rigger Paul Avery 270-543-1919. A rigging fee will be assigned to each installed item. The detailed quote is available by request or in the rigging information lot. The buyer is responsible for paying the rigger. The rigger will load your items onto your trailer but you the buyer are responsible to send in a truck. Please arrange to have your items removed while the rigger is onsite. Once the rigger leaves the site you the buyer are responsible for loading your items and will need to bring your own loader. All items must be removed within 90 days. Uninstalled Smalls Loading is available for free the day of the auction until 5 PM, Dec 10th, 11th & 12th from 8 AM to 4 PM. All smalls MUST be removed by Dec. 14th at 4 PM unless you have purchased installed items and intend to have them shipped together. You must schedule this with the rigger Paul Avery 270-543-1919 and a loading fee may apply. Rolling Stock May be picked up Monday-Friday 8 AM – 4 PM if no loading assistance is required.
