Complete liquidation of James Kile Estate. All of these items are located at 3350 Old 31, Berrion Springs MI. All items will be sold with no reserve. Items can be previewed on October 19, 20 from 8am until 4pm. There is no sales tax being charged. There will be a 10% buyers premium for onsite bidders and a 13% buyers premium for online bidders. Buyers can take items the day of the auction with a paid invoice or on October 24,25 from 12-5pm. All other loadout times will be scheduled and are subject to a $35 charge.
