Arnett's Landscaping complete liquidation. Including 26 acres of real estate and all equipment and all inventory. Real estate sells at 9:00 am and the inventory and equipment sells in 2 rings starting at 9:30 am. Ring 1 will be selling catalog items. Ring 2 will be selling lots of misc. items to onsite bidders.
There is a 10% buyers premium for onsite bidders and a 13% buyers premium for all online bidders.
Public is welcome to inspect the items the week prior to the auction during the hours of 9am and 4pm.
Load out is available day of auction until 4pm and Monday to Saturday from 9am to 4pm, no Sunday load out. All items must be removed within 14 days or all rights are forfeited except for greenhouses.
