Equipment Removal with 30 days.  NOTE:  All persons removing buildings or installed equipments MUST provide proof of liability insurance of 1 million dollars prior to any removal of equipment.  Please email proof of insurance to ak@brightstarauctions.com or call 931-224-0699. 

BUILDINGS WILL SELL ONLINE AT 1PM EASTERN TIME. Please note lease expirations within each lot description. Buildings can not be disassembled until post lease expiration.  Lease termination may occur prior to expiration, contact Zach Kittrell with updated removal deadlines. 

  Buildings must be removed by March 31, 2022
