Formerly Goodwin Lumber Company located at 794 Clarksburg Road in Vanceburg, KY 41179. 

Owner retiring.  Owner took pride in heavy duty, well maintained, late model and/or rebuilt equipment. New parts also available after the equipment lot. 

2014 Cat Loader was the owner's personal loader. Well maintained and driven respectfully. 

Equipment removal: 30 days
Small items removed within 7 days. Loader will be reserved for 7 days to load out smalls.  
Building Removal: 60 days.
