Loadout & Rigging Terms ...

Installed Items: All installed equipment must be removed by the designated rigger Paul Avery (270) 543-1919. A rigging fee will be assigned to each installed item and listed in the item description.  The buyer is responsible for paying the rigger. The rigger will load your items onto your trailer but you the buyer are responsible to send in a truck. Please arrange to have your items removed while the rigger is onsite. Once the rigger leaves the site you the buyer are responsible for loading your items and will need to bring your own loader. All items must be removed within 90 days.  

Uninstalled Smalls: Loading is available for free the day of the auction until 5 PM, Dec 10th, 11th & 12th from 8 AM to 4 PM. All smalls MUST be removed by Dec. 14th at 4 PM unless you have purchased installed items and intend to have them shipped together. You must schedule this with the rigger Paul Avery (270) 543-1919 and a loading fee may apply. 

Rolling Stock: May be picked up Monday-Friday 8 AM – 4 PM if no loading assistance is required.  If loading assistance is required, please schedule an appointment with Paul Avery (270) 543-1919 and a loading fee may apply.  All rolling stock MUST be removed by Dec. 20th 

Disclosure to Buyers: It is the buyer’s responsibility to communicate with the rigger any special rigging requests.  If a rigging or loading fee is being applied, it will be stated in the item description. If the item does not state a loadout or rigging fee, it is eligible for free loading during the “Free Loadout” period. If the item does not state a loadout or rigging fee but remains after the “Free Loadout” period, a $25 per lot loadout fee will apply. Including items that are arranged with the rigger to be shipped with installed items. This fee is due and payable to the rigger.

Payment terms: 10% Onsite and 13% Online Buyer's Premium in effect for all purchases. Cash, check, wire transfer. Cash Payments totaling $10,000 or more will not be accepted. Credit cards are only accepted on invoices with a total of less than $2500. All payments are due immediately upon receipt of your invoice. Onsite buyers, payment is due the day of the auction. Onsite payments will only be accepted at the auction location on auction day up to one hour post auction. After that, payment must be made to the corporate office by calling 574-825-0704. If onsite bidders wish to send a wire and still be assessed only the onsite buyer's premium, they must present a bank letter of credit (with limit stated equal to or higher than the amount owed by bidder) and wire must be sent no later than one business day after the auction.
