There is a 13% buyer’s premium in effect for all purchases. All items sell where is as is with no warranties or guarantees. Buyer is responsible to inspect all merchandise prior to placing bids. All items must be paid within 7 business days. Payment terms: Cash, check, wire transfer, or any major credit card. (additional 2% CC fee will be charged for CC payments). All items are pick-up only. Smalls must be removed within 2 days. Buyer shall assume responsibility of all property when auctioneer says sold. Auction company is not responsible for any missing or stolen items.

This is a surplus equipment auction for VA Hardwood Flooring and other of its members.   This is a great opportunity to purchase super nice equipment (most ready to load).  The seller's maintenance crew will be on site to remove equipment and will be happy to give you  a quote on removal.   Call Mark Bear 814-285-7365 for quotes and scheduling  All items must be gone December 21 or forfeited to new land owner.
