The wiring from the road to the buildings is still there however additional work may be required to make it functional. The wiring inside the buildings has mostly been removed. There is some wiring for the lights. The lights are 12 Volt bulbs and are run by a battery and solar panel. There is currently no running water however, there is city water available at the road and there will be water hooked up to building #2 by closing. There is a septic on the property and an inspection was done and it is approved to be reconnected to the restrooms. The restrooms in the buildings are currently not working. There is an issue with water leakage from the outside in building #1. (it is needing guttering and possible a new exterior concrete approach.) The 8000 Sq. Ft. office building is unfinished. Items not included in the sale: Generator located behind the east building. Seller lease back: Seller is willing to sign a 1 Year lease for all of the buildings (excludes the fenced yard) for $12,500 a month.
