Free loadout of small items will be available on the day of the auction and May 12, 13, and 14. After those dates, appointments must be scheduled with a rigger, (recommended rigger Paul Avery, 270-543-1919) and a $25 per lot loading fee will apply.
Definition of Items Eligible for Free Loadout
o These Items are labeled as: Eligible for Free Loadout (see loadout terms)
o Smalls and palletized items that can easily be loaded with a small loader.
o Items the require packaging or prepping in any way so that they can be shipped, may be subject to a handling fee.
o Definition of Free Loadout: A staff member will be on hand to operate a loader to assist with loading your items onto your trailer. Any small items that can be removed by hand must be loaded by the buyer of the said item. A minimum of $25 per lot loadout fee will apply for any items that remain after the “Free Loadout” period. Including items that are arranged with the rigger to be shipped with installed items. This fee is due and payable to the rigger.
To help avoid confusion, please make sure the Trucking Broker and/or the Truck Driver has a copy of your invoice when he arrives pick up your items
