#173A - Entirety lot includes lot 1 and lots 114-173

This allows interested bidders (if any) to purchase the real estate and all the installed equipment in the noted lots.
Minimum bid on Lot 173A is the total of the individual high bids PLUS A TEN PERCENT RAISE.
Also please note, if we receive bids on the entirety lot at 173A, this will revert to a two-step auction repeated as necessary.
  1. The high bidders on the individual lots will have the opportunity to raise their own bids to get back in the lead.
  2. The winning bidder on the entirety will have the opportunity to raise his bid to get back in the lead.
  3. Steps one and two will be repeated as often as necessary until one side is finished.

Buyer’s premium applies to all lots the same as on the rest of the auction. If sold as an entirety: Winning bidder will be required to put down 10% of total purchase price including buyer’s premium day of auction and enter into a purchase agreement for the real estate. Down payment is nonrefundable but is to be applied to purchase price at closing. Balance on real estate and on equipment is due at closing and possession is to be given at closing.
